Our fortune cookies are scrumptious morsels of unbelievably nasty sentiments, and are perfect for pranks & presents, depending on whether you can’t stand or deeply love the recipient. Either way. We’re certainly in no position to judge.

Cookie Misfortune is the drunken brainchild of Russell Stinnett of Psychlist and Jason Darling of Lollyphile, who, a decade ago, spent too much time together one weekend and realized that the best way to say “I love you” was to say “I hate you.” We’ve been finding new and more & more creative ways of expressing our hate for one another ever since. We live in Austin, Texas, and San Francisco, California, respectively.

We’ve been talking about doing something like this for years, and now that we’re both running our own businesses we decided to finally work together, let the world in on our game, and to help you hate your friends, too.
