Double check your shipping information before you finalize the order. We must have received the correct mailing address within 24 hours of your order being made. If your information is not updated and we ship to an old address, we cannot resend to the correct one. Items returned to us will be destroyed- this is food, and can’t be simply resent, for obvious reasons. We cannot refund your money once items are shipped.

Shipping to all US locations will be via USPS First Class Mail. Items larger than 1 lb. (a case or more) are sent via USPS Priority. You will receive shipping confirmation via email..

Outside the U.S., shipping will be via USPS First Class Air Mail. The shipping charges vary from country to country.

Due to the nature of cookies and the subjective qualities of taste, we cannot accept returned items unless they are damaged or defective. If it is damaged please email jason@cookiemisfortune.com so we can authorize the return. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
